Octopod Door Lock

The octopod is a surface mount bolt rod lock designed for installation on sliding doors.

Lock housing accepts standard 1 1 8 mortise cylinder not included allowing it to be keyed to other locks in a system. The 9 40 or 48 rod is raised and lowered by a special gear shaped cam attached to the rear of a 1 1 8 mortise lock cylinder or thumb turn.
